Note:  We have corrected a problem that we ran into with Version 1.2 WinXP installation.  One of Microsoft's procedures, RegGetValue, did not work on WinXP but gave no indication in the compiler.  We developed a work-around so everything appears to be in good shape now in Version 1.3.  We have tested the new Version 1.3 in Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000 and the filter appears to be working perfectly in each.  So the download and purchase functions are now active again...  Sorry for the delay.  It was a really tough problem!  Had to get assistance from Microsoft to solve it...
