Scan an AVI File for Meteors

The  "Scan a File for Meteors..." tool allows you to scan an AVI file for meteors.  Its operation is similar to the "Meteor Trail Images..." capture method except that the images to be scanned come from an AVI file instead of directly from a webcam.
