Make Movies from Still Images - If you have a collection of JPG images in a directory, you can make a movie containing all the images in the directory. The images will appear in the movie in the order that they are listed in your directory, i.e., they will be in alphabetic order according to their file names. Automatically Upload New Movies To Your Website - You can start any of the movie capture modes (Time-lapse, Motion-detection, Astronomy, Meteor Capture, or Animation) and have your latest video automatically uploaded to your website. Set Active Camera Time Windows - This was added in response to a user wanting to video a construction site. He wanted to be able to stop capturing images during the weekends and also only capture images during the work day on weekdays. Continue Videoing Automatically After a Shutdown - HandyAvi can be automatically restarted after a system crash or system shutdown. HandyAvi can be set up to automatically continue capturing video. This means that after a crash or shutdown, you don't have to take any action to continue videoing. It will automatically continue videoing if you set HandyAvi up to do so. Automatically Recover an Interrupted Video - If your system crashes or you inadvertently kill the HandyAvi process somehow while you were capturing video and creating a new video file, the file is not "closed" properly. You can recover the file however by simply opening it for viewing in HandyAvi. |
